Easy Access to the Culinary Arts

In the GCCC Library on the 3rd floor, we have an incredible selection of books related to the Culinary Arts.  All books related to  the Culinary Arts will be in the TX section of the circulating books located to the far right side of the stacks.  Beginning with call number TX349.H47, Herring's Dictionary of Classical and Modern Cooking and continuing to TX911.3.M3.R43, Marketing Management for the Hospitality Industry.  We recommend you come to the library and see what we have to offer.
